Back to results pageThe best kept secret. Beautiful day, no wind… no rain… USFS requested
that we not put the water station on the dam, so Bill Gallegos and Bill Bennett set water
station 2 just inside the last gate before the dam. Larry Miller, minus Bob the
carryall trailer, set up station 1 at about 4.7 miles. Rob Rolley and Davin
Neubacher were our “sweep” bikers. Daniel Greer, Eric Mullins, Bob Whitney
and I were the finish line. Awards were again the horseshoes, with the notation of
2002 - by Performance Awards. Predicted times are used as a safety measure.
Special thanks to the Triple Crown of Running for giveaway items and to Coca Cola
for providing Dasani.
A historical compilation of results has been requested and will be put together in the
near future. Thanks to all.
