Inaugural Race Year: Not sure, a guess would be the early 80s.
Current Course Used in Years: Not sure, probably around 1990.
Current Course Info: Rampart Reservoir, Pike National Forest. Loop course on dirt trails around the reservoir. The route does include a short section on cement going across the dam. Elevation is about 9,000 feet. The course has never been officially measured, but one year a bicyclist with an odometer clocked 15.1 miles while riding the course.
The results for most years don't have age information, thus no age-group course records are tabulated, only overall male/female records.
