Directions: Take Hwy-24 West. The Trail Head is off the highway on the right, roughly 3 to 4 miles from the Manitou Exit.
Description: The trail is a scenic 7 mile single track loop of half up and half down. There is a 2 mile stretch to the start of a 3 mile loop. Elevation gain is approx 1280 ft. In the summer months try to arrive early as there are many hikers.
