Team Competition

4-person teams (3 used for scoring).  Teams may be all male, all female, or coed.  If coed, the 1st male and female finishers on each team are used for scoring, then the faster of the 2nd male/female on the team is used.  Scoring is by cumulative time.

0-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

This out-and-back course will be run on the roads near Air Academy High School on the United States Air Force Academy.  The elevation is about 7000 feet.
