54-year-old Steve Bremner of Manitou Springs doesn't have anything better to do this year, so he is attempting to run all of the available Colorado marathons in 2009.  Steve is already a member of the 50-state marathon club. There are 20 different marathons, starting with the Run Through Time Marathon on March 14th in Salida, and ending with the Rim Rock Marathon on November 14th in Grand Junction.  Many people have run lots of marathons in a given year, but the 20 marathons being tackled by Steve are probably the toughest set of marathons you can run in a single state.
