• From  I-25, take the South Academy Exit (exit 135)

  • Head west (towards the mountains)

  • Continue on South Academy.  You'll go past Pikes Peak Community College and you'll see the northern boundary of Fort Carson

  • At Highway 115, turn left and head south on Highway 115

  • Continue for a couple of miles.  You'll see signage for the Fort Carson main gate.  Directly opposite the Fort Carson main gate is the entrance to Cheyenne Mountain State Park, on the west side of Highway 115.
